Saga is a seal pup and an AI speaking partner inside the Belong Nordic app. You call her, you talk and she answers in her own voice. After every call she tells you what went well, what to fix and which words to keep.

When the call ends, Saga writes you a short debrief: what went well, each thing to fix with the better sentence, the new words worth keeping and one idea for next time. The explanations are in English. The corrected sentences and the words are in the language you practised.
She also keeps a short note of what you talked about, how comfortable you seemed and the one or two mistakes that keep coming back, so your next call picks up where you left off.
During a call your voice goes from your phone straight to Google's Gemini, which listens and speaks Saga's replies. It does not pass through any server of ours, and we never receive or store any audio.
After the call, Anthropic's Claude writes your debrief and Saga's note. Our server does not keep the transcript. The note is at most 500 characters and is kept on our server in the EU. Forget what Saga remembers, on the You tab, deletes it, and everything is deleted once a year has passed without a call.

She can help you rehearse the oral part: a presentation, questions about it and a talk on a new topic. She does not grade you and never says whether you will pass. The real test is assessed by an examiner and a censor.
